WARRANTY, RETURNS & AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW (ACL)

Your purchase is protected under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Manufacturing Warranty
All LYVIA products include a manufacturing warranty covering:
• Structural defects
• Material or workmanship faults
This warranty applies only to manufacturing faults and does not cover wear, sizing, or comfort preferences.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as required under ACL.
14-Day Return Policy (Change of Mind)
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery only if:
• The item is unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Approved returns will receive store credit or an exchange only.
Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind returns.
Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds
The following are not eligible:
• Incorrect size ordered
• Comfort, support, or personal fit preferences
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by use or misuse
• Items worn outside or tested for extended periods
Please carefully review our size guide before ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Clear photos or video
• Your order number
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with ACL.
Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
These rights apply independently of our store policies.
